Shipping Policy

At Syrups.ae, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently, whether locally within the UAE or internationally across Africa.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days for most Emirates.

  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above a specified minimum (displayed at checkout).

3. International Shipping (Africa)

  • We currently ship to select African countries, primarily serving distributors, café chains, and retailers.

  • All international orders are processed on an Ex Works (EXW) or CIF basis, depending on agreement.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping timelines vary by destination and logistics partner.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates on your shipment.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our support team will assist with replacements or refunds as applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Syrups.ae, we take pride in providing only the highest quality syrups, sauces, and beverage ingredients. To maintain our standards and ensure product safety, we handle returns and exchanges carefully and transparently.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photos or videos of the issue.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food products (such as syrups, sauces, and toppings) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

  • Items purchased under promotions or clearance sales are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@syrups.ae or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or replacement shipment depending on your location.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

5. International Orders (Africa)

  • Due to logistical limitations, international shipments are not eligible for return or exchange unless goods were damaged during transport and verified with shipping documentation.

  • Buyers are advised to inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
